FAQs
Can I get a same-day appointment? How about in the evening?
Sure! Send an e-mail or call if the time you want is not available.
Will I know how much I have to pay upfront? Or an estimate?
The charge is $295 for a visit. I can provide an estimate upon request.
How does it work if insurance and medicare are not involved?
Patients' care is provided at a flat rate which is paid at the time of service. Your insurance should still cover labs, X-rays and medicines that you may need.
Will my insurance cover my visit?
You can submit your charges to your insurance company (not Medicare or Medicaid) for reimbursement or application to your out-of-network deductible. Contact your insurance to find the out-of-network policy for your specific plan.
How will this save me money compared with working within my insurance network?
My flat-fee rate is equal to or less than the amount your insurance will charge you for the same visit. If you have not filled your insurance deductible, have a high insurance deductible, or have an HSA (health savings account), you have to pay anyway regardless of whether or not you use the insurance network. What are the benefits of a holistic or integrated approach?
Sometimes you feel many things but they are all arising from the same underlying issue. Most medical problems affect more than a single system within the body. A holistic primary care physician evaluates and addresses the root cause of any symptom or illness.
What about emergencies?
In cases of emergency or other acute needs, please reach out to urgent care, or an emergency room, as appropriate.
Do you offer financing options?
No, sorry. Payment is by cash, credit or debit card. You can also use HSA and FSA cards.
Can I walk in without an appointment?
I don't want to keep anyone waiting so please schedule a time to come in.
